1.Applications:
Model JA201E comber is applied for cotton combing
process. The laps formed from the slive lap machine
nd ribbon lap machbed by this machine to remove
short fibres,nep impurities and fibre defects,and
to produce slivers with straight and parallel
alignment of cotton fibres and constant yarn evenness.The
slivers provessed by Model JA20IE features good
luster,less hairiness and high quality.This machine
is a necessary machine for spinning high-count
yarn,special yarn and mixed spin products. 
2.Features:

The differential gear system in the detaching
mechanism is changed is changed form inner matching
to outer matching,and the length of linking
bar is selected in optimization,which is beneficial
for raising the operating effectiveness of dispatching
and joining and for high speed running purpose.
2. By accepting new integrated cylinder and
intergrated top comb to raise and steady the
quality of carding and to prolong the operation
life of the machine.
3. By raising machine speed,expanding brush
size and the regulating range of drawing tension
for cotton yarm feeding to meet the technical
requirements of different varieties.
4. The drafting is arranged by 2 over 2 single
zone drafting. The numbers of doubling is one
single end fed by 6 heads for good evenness
of sliver.
5. The high efficiency will be reached by
means of changing the filter position and enlarging
the filter area.
6. Electric stop motions are provided for
full can,lap finish,sliver break and hood opening.The
intelligent full lengths indicate for 4 working
shifts.
